Stratford-on-Avon Racecourse offers reduced rates of admission for group bookings with a MINIMUM OF 15 PEOPLE PAYING in advance. Payment can be made by Cheque or Debit Card ONLY. Cheques should be made payable to 'Stratford-on-Avon Racecourse Co. Ltd'

In addition, the organiser of any party in excess of 15 people will receive ONE complimentary badge (for the same enclosure as ordered for the group). The coach driver will be admitted free to the Tattersalls Enclosure on production of a PSV license.
Discount rates are offered on the understanding that the Party Bookings are ordered and paid for AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO RACING. Refunds will ONLY be made providing the minimum number of 15 people have attended the meeting – only returned badges above 15 will be refunded. Please return badges to the Racecourse Office.

IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD & DRINK TO THE RACECOURSE IN CLUB & TATTERSALLS ENCLOSURES. ANYONE TRYING TO DO SO WILL BE TURNED AWAY. PLEASE EMPHASIZE THIS RULE TO MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY. SO THAT PROBLEMS AT THE TURNSTILES WILL BE AVOIDED. ALCOHOLIC DRINKS MUST NOT BE CONSUMED OUTSIDE THE DESIGNATED AREAS.

Catering Facilities

There are three restaurants serving meals before and during racing:

The Paddock Suite Restaurant (silver service, a la carte menu); available to Club and Tattersalls enclosure patrons. A three course meal can be booked for Ł25.00 Please call Jenkinsons Caterers (Stafford) on 01785 252247. Afternoon Tea at Ł7.25 per person is also available and should be booked if you wish to keep your table for the day. Lunch and Afternoon Tea can be booked for Ł30.00, when booked together and at least seven days prior to the racemeeting.

The Winning Post Restaurant (mainly but not exclusively seafood); available to Club enclosure patrons. The restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Warwickshire Stand overlooking the Racecourse. Lunch or Dinner can be booked for Ł28.50. Please contact JP Seafood on 07785 342234.

Fox's Restaurant (Hot/Cold carvery); available to Club and Tattersalls enclosure patrons. Table available for the day. Lunch or Dinner can be booked for Ł19.50. Please contact Jenkinsons Caterers (Strafford) 01785 252247.

In the unfortunate event of a meeting being abandoned before a raceday, any advance bookings will be refunded upon return of tickets to the Racecourse Office.
