This year saw a crowd of over 4,000 in beautiful sunshine but a rather chilly breeze. After the disappointment of losing Ladies Day due to the devastating floods in 2007, the well dressed ladies and gentleman certainly made up for it in 2008.

The Racecourse Executive had some very generous prizes for the competitions that were judged throughout the afternoon, including a 'Spa Day' from the Menzies Welcombe Hotel, Spa and Golf Club. Other very generous prizes from P & M Collections, The Houndshill at Ettington, Wendy O'Hare Skin Care at Tiddington, Jenkinsons Caterers and JP Seafood. The overall £1000 cash prize was sponsored by Stratford Racecourse.
